NH-6381/NH-6688 are saturated carboxyl polyester resins for low gloss polyester/primid powder coatings by dry blending procedure.

Recommend Formulation:

Extrusion Condition:Two-screw estruder

Zone Ⅰ	90~110℃	ZoneⅡ	110~120℃
Speed of revolution	500~1200rpm	Fineness of powder	<100μm

Blending Extrudate I and II with weight ratio 1:1 before grinding.

Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with	40~70KV
Coating film thickness	50~80μm
Degreased cold-rolled steel	0.5mm

Curing Requirement:180℃*15min
