It is the integration of anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR), membrane biological reactor (MBR) and a variety of contact oxidation method, has the advantages of small occupied area, simple operation, easy realization of automation, can withstand the high organic load, higher processing stability and the processing efficiency advantages,etc. At present three kinds of waste can be treated at the same time, the whole Kinte Industrial Park produced sewage, powder cleaning machine water and high concentration of esterification waste water produced by polyester resin synthesis, daily processing capacity of more than 300 cubic meters, and reserved enough space for future development. The water after treatment can reach the index of landscape water requirements (other indicators COD, color, suspended solids, nitrogen, phosphorus, heavy metals etc can reach index). There is a special pool water storage after processing, not to the emissions, to achieve zero emissions.
