Generator excitation system provides generator rotor DC current to generate magnetic field, and as a interdisciplinary and highly comprehensive new high-tech product, it combines many advanced technology including computer soft hardware, electrical theory, power electronics, control theory and CAN bus etc.

Five sets of dynamic analog generator units are installed in excitation system testing area, among which 1# dynamic analog generator units is the most advanced multi-function excitation dynamic analog generator units domestically.

Excitation test room can perform factory test of hundreds of excitation system and carry out various kinds of excitation test, simulate excitation characteristic test when the generator is under no-load voltage rising and grid connected operation condition. What’s more, it can simulate high-voltage line fault and transformer internal fault and conduct special working condition test.

Started in 1971, our company is among the earliest enterprise to develop and manufacture excitation system. over more than 40 years’ development, now we have developed series of products of different specification, which could be applied to different types of synchronous generator and synchronous motor from hundreds of kilowatt to millions of kilowatt of hydropower, thermal power, pumped storage and synchronous motor fields. The EXC9000 type excitation system independently developed by our company has reached international advanced level and won the second prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Progress Award. And non-linear robust developed associated with Tsinghua University has won the first prize of 2008 State Grid Company Science and Technology Progress Award.

Now more than 4000 sets of excitation system has been running in more than 1000 power stations all over the world and our product has been exported to more than 20 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe etc and accumulatively created production value of nearly 2 billion, production scale ranking front among the same industries domestically.(Excitation annual value of production is 180 million )

In recent years, we have undertaken manufacturing task of many domestic giant generator unit excitation system, such as Guangxi Longtan, Qinghai Laxiwa, Sichuan Ertan, Guizhou Goupitan etc., among which Guangxi Longtan 7*700MW generator units and Qinghai Laxiwa 5*700MW generator units are the largest unit capacity of hydro-turbine generator unit domestically up to now. Besides, we have successfully put into operation of Baishan 150MW pump storage excitation system, which is the only domestic pump storage generator unit excitation system at present.

Our company has a battery test device manufacturing history of more than 20 years and is the earliest enterprise in domestic to develop lithium ion secondary battery manufacturing and performance testing equipment, which contributes a lot to lithium ion battery industrialization. The products covers battery manufacturing and testing device in voltage range of 0～300V and current range of 0～1000A, which are applied to fields from high-power power battery (such as power battery used in electric automobile, submarine, airplane, guided missile etc.) to development, manufacturing and testing of compact battery used in laptop and mobile phone etc. Now we have become the main battery manufacturing and testing device manufacturer with the largest manufacturing scale, strongest research and development ability and the most complete variety.
