Polyester Resin New Plant of KINTE Material Phase I Completed

On April 30, the first-phase polyester resin base in Lisha Island of Guangzhou Kinte Materials Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (affiliated to China Electric Institute, hereinafter referred to as Kinte Material) succeeded in putting to use. For the first phase of the base, the production capacity of polyester resin is 40,000 tons/year. With the production of the base growing gradually, the capacity of eco-friendly coatings and resins will continue to increase.

430日,中国电研广州擎天材料科技有限公司(以下简称擎天材料)立沙岛树脂基地一期正式开机试产成功!该基地一期聚酯树脂产能可达4万吨/年。随着立沙岛基地的逐步投产,中国电研环保涂料及树脂产能将持续升级。

With the transformation and upgrading of “paint to powder” in China's coating industry and the promotion of domestic environmental protection policies, the demand of polyester resin for eco-friendly coatings in China is growing rapidly.

随着我国涂料行业“漆改粉”的转型升级及国家环保政策的推进,国内环保涂料专用聚酯树脂需求量快速增长。

With the total investment of 250 million yuan, Lisha Island Polyester Resin Project is one of the listed and raised investment projects of China Electric Institute, the construction of which is divided into two phases and after completion, 80,000 tons of polyester resin for powder coatings and 5,000 tons of waterborne resin will be produced annually. The project adopts advanced green design concept and uses more than 10 domestic leading technologies. After completion, it will become a green design exemplary platform for polyester resin products for powder coatings in China, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of China Electric Institute.

立沙岛聚酯树脂项目作为中国电研上市募投项目之一,总投资2.5亿元,分两期建设,建成后年产80,000吨粉末涂料用聚酯树脂与5,000吨水性树脂。项目采用先进的绿色设计理念,运用了10多项国内领先的工艺技术,建成投产后将成为国内粉末涂料用聚酯树脂产品绿色设计示范平台,为中国电研可持续发展奠定坚实基础。

Despite soft geology, complex structure and COVID-19, the project still achieves the production target on schedule with the joint efforts of all the staff of China Electric Institute.

立沙岛生产基地的建设受到地质松软、结构复杂、新冠疫情等影响,但在中国电研相关人员的共同努力之下,该项目仍按期实现投产目标。

On April 30, the first batch of resin from new line is approved to be qualified in all physical parameters, and all equipment systems are running well. The production of the first phase of the project is a new starting point for Kinte Material, and the second phase of the project is also progressing as planned. Kinte Material never forgets the original intention and self-improvement, keeps stepping out of every step and forging ahead on the way.

430日,擎天材料收获第一批物性参数合格的树脂,各设备系统全面得到验证。项目一期的投产是擎天材料新的起点,项目二期建设也正按计划推进。擎天材料一直不忘初心,不断完善自我,坚实踏出每一步,在前进的路上奋进。
